Summary: The role of Commercial Analyst is to conduct close examinations of the airline's revenue, operations, expenses, and competition to find ways to improve the company's financial standing. The ideal Revenue Manager would do this with the aid of mathematical models and predictive economic research.

Skills required for this role:

• Must have 5-10 years' experience as a Commercial Analyst for a major Airline
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure information is meaningful and valuable to the business and supports objectives
• Confidence and persuasiveness with good negotiation skills and the ability to recommend and implement strategies.
• Ability to evaluate the company's ability to meet its financial obligations
• Contribute to the preparation and management of budgets and to ensure costs are managed effectively and expenditure is within authorized limits
• Ability to determine the level of risk associated with an entity
