Available Shift:
(1) Weekend Agent: Saturday & Sunday, 4pm to 2AM (Pacific Time) *The weekend shifts are 10 hours each day, Friday 5am - 2pm (Pacific Time) added hours will be filled mid-week

Summary:

The Production/Entertainment Travel Agent role is a full-time player of our entertainment team, taking over all requests throughout the late evening/early morning. In this role, the evening shift is not an emergency after-hours agent. The ideal candidate must be strongly proficient in Sabre GDS, with the ability to issue tickets (including Exchanges) and must be able to multitask across various bookings. This role requires an individual who has proven experience working as an Entertainment agent, with VIP clients and understand the rules of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• 3yrs experience working in Production/Entertainment Travel
• Strong proficiency in Sabre GDS (including ticketing and exchanges)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work on groups of 10 or more, booking, changing, and re-issuing tickets
• Intermediate level skills on Microsoft Excel
• Experience with hotel Rooming list management
• Experience with managing ground transportation
• VIP Travel service experience
• Meetings & Events planning experience a plus
