Summary: We are seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant with Amadeus GDS skills to efficiently and professionally support its corporate client expectations. This Corporate Travel Agent role requires creativity, adaptability, accuracy, teamwork, and a great attitude to provide our growing clientele with the highest service levels. **REMOTE**

What you will need:

• Amadeus GDS (strong proficiency required; booking, ticketing, fare construction)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Corporate Travel
• Goal oriented and accustomed to hitting targets
• Self starter 

What you will do:

• Monitor client profiles, ensure all are updated
• Manage GDS queues (monitor, sort and work all PNRs)
• Ensure reservations are processed in accordance with customer policies
• Perform duties at an urgent level (run invoices, book flights, research options, etc)
• Move market share for agency's preferred suppliers (Airline, Hotels, etc)
• Maintain personal sales and revenue targets as established on an individual basis
• Achieve company required service level goals related to all business
• Offer assistance to team members when needed, including training new employees
