Job Type: Temp | Production Travel Agent  

Location: Las Vegas, NV *Remote, if in NV, AZ, CA

Position Summary:

This Production Travel Agent - TEMP is responsible for coordinating all company event and non-event travel. This position coordinates all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, rental car, hotels, car services etc., using the Company’s in-house GDS tool, Amadeus, and Concur travel booking platform.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience working as Corporate Travel Agent
2. Significant experience booking travel for large corporation or significant event scheduling experience.
3. Strong proficiency in the GDS Amadeus system, Concur Travel booking platform and other travel booking technologies.
4. Superior knowledge of travel industry such as flights, trains, rental cars, limousine services, hotel and conference accommodations.
5. Ability to plan, to organize, and effectively arrange for travel of large numbers of individuals and multiple events simultaneously.
6. Very Customer-service driven.
   
7. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with individuals in all levels of the organization.
8. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
9. Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
10. Excellent organizational skills.
11. Excellent attention to detail.
12. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Basic level skills with Microsoft Word, and Outlook and ability to learn other basic computer programs.
13. Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as required.
