Travel Visa Pro specializes in helping people traveling internationally by obtaining international travel documents for them. We work with all kinds of great customers going to all kinds of cool places - we don't get to go, but we get to help them go. Currently, we are looking for a friendly, willing-to-learn Call Center Representative to work at our VIP and Corporate Client center in Houston Galleria, Must be flexible and punctual. We offer both part-time and full-time positions. For part-time hours will be 8.30am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 5pm and for full-time from 8.30am to 5pm. The candidate must: - Be punctual, - Have high attention to detail, - Have a proven track record in outstanding customer service, - Able to multi-task, - Able to perform under tight and stressful deadlines, - Communicate visa/passport requirements to customers effectively and politely, - Possess great telephone customer service skills, - Be patient and friendly with customers, - Be positive -Handle stress. The Ideal candidate MUST arrive to work on time! Integrity and sensitivity dealing with personal data is mandatory. All employees will be required to consent to and pass a federal and state background check. This individual will be responsible for answering customer calls, emails, chats and preparing US passport applications, updating manifests, do data entry for pertinent customer information, arranging for payment of fees, mailing documentation back to customers, and meeting and greeting walk-in customers. He or she will be expected to troubleshoot problems and effectively communicate solutions while on site. Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Pay: $25-$30 per hour, salary will commensurate with experience and results. Benefits: 401k, Paid-time-off and sick-pay is available to all employees.
