Travel With Ley is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Travel Agent to join our remote travel team.

YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:

As a Travel Agent, you will exhibit exceptional service while providing advice and recommendations to enhance their travel experience—confirming all travel arrangements, building rapport with clients, and fostering long-lasting travel connections. You will research, reserve, and finalize domestic and international travel arrangements including cruises, tours, resort packages, and activities. You are focused, detail-oriented and thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

THIS POSITION IS 100% REMOTE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with clientele
• Consult with clients to determine needs, goals, and specifications
• Research, recommend, and execute travel reservations with skill and confidence
• Correspond with partners and suppliers (hotels, operators & independent guides) to coordinate travel arrangements
• Create and keep client travel documents such as itineraries and invoices updated
• Reconfirm client itineraries before client departure
• Attend virtual sessions on product, destination, and industry training
• Stay up to date with travel restrictions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a computer, phone, internet, email
• Detail-oriented, excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Experience preferred, but not required as full training is offered

DESIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales environment is preferred (especially in travel) but not required. Our most successful agents understand the sales process, the importance of customer service, and building and managing relationships.
• Proficient with basic computer knowledge, organized, and able to learn new systems.
