    Doctor of Chiropractic Sr. Traveling Clinic Director ( Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue )

    The Sr. Traveling Clinic Director is responsible for traveling to all 10 Chiro One Clinics in the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metropolitan area (South Lake Union, Pike Street, Belltown, Denny Triangle, Renton, Kent, Issaquah, Federal Way, and Everett and Arlington. and the surrounding suburbs including Everette and Arlington that need temporary coverage support in maintaining continuity of patient care and the management of support staff of any clinic under their time of service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing an optimal patient care/experience via exceptional case management, team management, brand protection/promotion and educating the community on Chiropractic Wellness. This role is split between another Traveling DC to maintain work-life balance.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Ensure an optimum patient experience via rendering chiropractic services including but not limited to accurate diagnosing, treating that includes HVLA (diversified adjusting) and supervision of active rehab, exams, reports, and film/x-ray interpretations.

    • Provide general Physician services as outlined by Chiro One including but not limited to: reviewing health histories, referring patients out when medically necessary and providing treatment recommendations.

    • Record and maintain accurate, confidential patient and team member records.

    • Manage CA’s (Chiropractic Assistants) to foment ownership thinking, develop and maintain positive patient/community relationships, exceed office goals, and cultivate an environment dedicated to Chiro One’s Vision, Mission and Values. This includes managing overtime, performing reviews, administering write ups, recognizing achievements, re/training, and tracking performance.

    • Ensure both office and he/she remain compliant with Chiro One policies, protocols, and procedures as well as legally compliant. • Assure Human Resources, payroll and all appropriate employee forms are submitted in a timely manner. • Remain up to date on protocols, policies, and procedures via Chiro One’s intranet: currently Microsoft Viva Engage. • Accepted and request direction and coaching from qualified sources including Director of Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations including other support staff and upper management.

    • Maintain Washington state Licensure and Malpractice insurance.

    • Participate in internal and on rare occasions external marketing activities to promote the Chiro One brand and assist in office growth and patient retention ( as needed). This includes but not limited to: Internal Wellness workshops at the clinic level and Patient Appreciation Days.

    • Must work towards attaining CBP(Chiropractic Bio Physics) certification and maintain certification once attained.

    • Contribute to a professional, clean, and educational atmosphere.

    • Update professional knowledge via engaging in educational opportunities (trainings, seminars, books, etc.). Ensure accurate and up to date knowledge of the services and products provided by Chiro One.

    • Notify and receive management approval to attend any depositions for cases related to Chiro One patients and/or employees.

    • Achieve metrics as outlined by Chiro One Wellness Centers. Minimum Qualifications

    • Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
    • Malpractice coverage(ability to be underwritten by ChiroOne carrier).
    • Licensed to practice Chiropractic in the designated State (WA), or intent to obtain licensure upon employment
    • Computer Literate with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must successfully complete 4 weeks of Chiro One Training
    • Ability to work a M-F Schedule (clinic hours plus training)
    • Preferred Qualifications
    • CBP Certification
    • Completion of the Landmark Forum
    • Previous Management Experience
