Location: Seattle, WA area preferred; candidates should live within approximately 30 miles of a major airport

Travel: Heavy weekly travel to project sites across the U.S.

    Responsibilities:

    - Travel to construction sites to deploy, inspect, operate, and support autonomous/robotic equipment

    - Work with operators, construction teams, and technical support contacts to keep deployments moving

    - Maintain equipment, tools, electronics, sensors, and related field hardware

    - Assist with testing, calibration, setup, repairs, and component installation

    - Document issues clearly so technical teams can reproduce and resolve field problems

    - Support scheduled night or extended operations when project conditions require it

    Requirements:

    - Construction, heavy equipment, machinery, field service, industrial maintenance, or robotics/autonomous equipment background

    - 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing, maintaining, operating, or supporting heavy equipment or complex machinery preferred

    - Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools, sensors, electronics, diagnostics, and field troubleshooting

    - Ability to communicate professionally with operators, construction teams, customers, and technical support teams

    Why this role:

    - Strong annual compensation around $120k for qualified traveling technicians
