Traveling Construction Laborer (up to 75% overnight travel)
Base Pay:
- $20-25/hr. (with opportunities for prevailing wages on some jobs)
- Company will pay for lodging and provides a per diem for meals
Day Shift:
- Monday-Friday (some occasional Saturday work)
- Projects vary to Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Michigan, and Washington DC.
Description:
- Cannonball Recruiting is seeking Traveling Construction Laborers for a York, PA drilling contractor. Ideal candidates have previous construction experience, ability to weld or willing to learn, and able to travel overnight up to 75%.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to pass a basic weld test or willing to learn how to weld in order to pass the weld test.
- Willingness to be cross-trained and learn new skills
- Experience in horizontal auger boring, tunneling, pipe jacking, tunnel boring machines, and horizontal directional drilling operations is very helpful.
- Willing to travel for project based work; can be short or long duration projects. States include: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Michigan, and Washington DC.
