The Project Superintendent is the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial construction job site. Experience Required: 5+ years as a commercial construction superintendent; direct commercial experience strongly preferred
Project Types: Retail ground-up, TI, shopping centers; some multi-family and self-storage Field Tools: Drone (provided) — required to fly 2–3x per week for photo documentation. Drone photos reviewed by leadership in Friday All-Hands.
Reporting Cadence: Friday 90-min All-Hands virtual meeting; escalation via Project Huddle as needed
Support Available: Project Coordinators handle admin, change orders, RFIs, schedules — supers focus on building
