Concierge Dental Assistant – Mobile Division Delray Beach Based | Local Travel | Company Vehicle Provided $25–$30/hr Base + $10K–$35K+ Performance Bonus Potential

Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service is hiring ONE high-performance Dental Assistant to join our growing mobile division.

We are a concierge-style mobile dental company serving assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities throughout Florida. We bring high-quality dental care directly to patients who may otherwise struggle to access treatment.

This is not a traditional dental office role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and wants greater impact, growth, leadership opportunities, and earning potential.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 1 year of Dental Assistant experience

Highly punctual, organized, and detail-oriented

Anticipates the doctor’s needs

Takes ownership of patient and production flow

Thrives in a performance-driven environment

Represents the company with professionalism and compassion

Same-day treatment when clinically appropriate

OUR STANDARDS

On time means early. Equipment is spotless. Charts are complete before leaving the site. Patients feel cared for and elevated. Accountability and teamwork come first.

COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience and readiness

Performance Bonuses: $10,000–$35,000+ annually

Bonus opportunities are tied to measurable performance, including production efficiency, documentation accuracy, patient satisfaction, same-day treatment support, and territory growth.

High performers have the opportunity to increase earnings and advance quickly.
