Low Voltage Traveling Electrician

Are you motivated by travel? Are you looking to visit New York, Seattle, Dallas and more? Travis Sound Design has been in business for 22 years in Wisconsin. We offer complete commercial and residential audio integration, theater installation, as well as premium Wi-Fi and networking solutions. We are looking to hire Low Voltage Electricians to work across the continental U.S. In this position you will be traveling by air with a team to perform work. All your travel arrangements will be provided and paid for by the employer. This is in addition to your bi-weekly compensation and daily per Diem. All off hours are yours, giving you the opportunity to explore the greatest metropolitan cities in the US. You would be working out of town 99% of the time.

Duties Include:

· Pulling audio/video/phone/data cable throughout commercial buildings

· Working on both newly constructed and remodeled business

· Installing speakers, TV's, control devices, network devices, and racks, etc.

· This position is electrical construction of permanent sites not setting up live PA.

Qualifications:

· Must have knowledge and use of construction tools, such as saws, drills, and impacts, etc.

· Ability to lift over 50 pounds independently

· Strong mathematical skills needed

· Good communication skills

· High School Diploma

· Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record require

· Dependable transportation

· Network or programming knowledge and computer literacy would be a plus

· Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper installation and wiring

· We provide all tools

· Must live in the Chicago or Southeastern Wisconsin area.

Compensation and Benefits Include:

· Salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience and prior supervisory experience

· Stipend for cell phone

· Per diem daily while traveling
