Traveling Field Supervisor - Commercial Roofing - Base Salary to 130k/year - Goodlettsville, TN

• They are looking for a hands-on Traveling Field Supervisor role, leading commercial roofing crews to ensure top-notch execution, quality control, safety, and project timelines across industrial and commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate can lead crews, manage complex re-roofing projects, and be a trusted face to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise roofing crews on-site: assign tasks, monitor progress, ensure safety protocols and craftsmanship quality
• Manage daily site logistics: materials, equipment, travel coordination
• Perform quality inspections throughout and at project completion
• Communicate effectively with project management, clients/vendors, and inspectors
• Mentor and develop crew members, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
• Maintain accurate job-site documentation: timesheets, change orders, inventory
• Uphold company EOS Core Values on every project

Qualifications:

• Must-have skills: demonstrated leadership with commercial roofing crews, strong quality & safety focus
• Experience: 5+ years in commercial roofing, construction supervision, or related field
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and reading project plans

Compensation:

• Base salary to 130k/year
