Golfsheds is redefining backyard golf with premium golf simulator structures installed nationwide. We’re looking for an experienced Traveling Installation Manager to lead our field installation operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience on every project.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll oversee installations from start to finish, manage traveling crews, solve problems in the field, and ensure every Golfshed is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Lead nationwide GolfShed installations (typical projects last 3–5 days)
Manage, mentor, and help build with traveling installation crews
Review construction documents, installation plans, and project specifications prior to mobilization
Ensure every installation meets Golfsheds’ standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot field challenges and make sound decisions to keep projects moving
Maintain project timelines while ensuring exceptional workmanship
Conduct final quality inspections before project completion
Train, coach, and develop installation team members
Complete installation reports, photo documentation, punch lists, and close-out documentation
Represent the Golfsheds brand professionally with customers, vendors, and partners
Qualifications
8+ years of construction, installation, or field management experience
2+ years leading installation crews or construction teams
Experience with modular buildings, prefabricated structures, sheds, tiny homes, or similar products
Strong understanding of framing, leveling, finish work, and structural assembly
Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on throughout the project
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Comfortable reading blueprints, construction drawings, and installation documents
Able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting, scheduling, and communication
Valid Driver’s License (CDL is a plus)
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Experience
Managing nationwide or multi-state installation teams
Forklift, telehandler, or equipment certifications
Basic electrical and low-voltage experience
Crane coordination and rigging experience
Understanding of construction permitting and code compliance
Experience training and developing field personnel
Physical Requirements
Able to lift and move heavy materials
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to climb ladders and work safely at heights
Able to stand, bend, kneel, and work physically throughout the day
