💡 What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $28.00/hr depending on your experience level.

Weekly Stipend: Get consistent support right from the start.

Path to Full-Time: Positions start out part-time for the first 90 days, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

High-Quality Workmanship: Complete handyman and home improvement projects including repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

Project Estimating: Must be able to accurately estimate job scope, time, and materials for clients.

Job Management: Organize and manage the equipment required to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Customer Service: Work closely with clients to provide exceptional customer service and a great experience.

Brand Ambassador: Represent House Doctors in the local community and network with potential customers as needs arise.

🛠️ Skills & Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of construction or handyman experience preferred. (We will consider highly motivated trainees with less experience starting at the training rate if you are willing to learn!)

Availability: Must be able to handle some on-call shifts and work some weekends as needed to meet client demands.

Trade Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry.

Tools & Transport: Must have your own standard hand and power tools, plus a reliable car or truck to get to job sites.

Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems.

Physical Fitness: Able to perform physical labor work, including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and safely handling tools.

Screening: Valid driver's license required. Must have solid references and be able to pass a standard background check.

Soft Skills: Friendly personality, strong work ethic, highly dependable, and deeply committed to great customer service.
