In this role, you'll work directly with experienced maintenance managers and technicians who have spent years mastering the car wash industry. You'll receive hands-on training in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, electrical work, PLC/programming basics, and other high-demand skill sets —all while getting paid to travel.
As part of our regional maintenance team, you'll visit car wash locations across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia , learning how to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of equipment from multiple manufacturers. You won't be stuck in one shop or doing the same repair every day—every location has unique challenges that help you grow.

The Traveling Maintenance Tech will modify, repair, and improve existing products, and equipment, and will assist in developing new or updated machinery, components, or products. The incumbent will assist with maintenance repairs and installations as necessary.

Job Qualifications
Thorough understanding of electronics principles and design
Clean driving record
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to pull a trailer
Detail-orientated and organized
Excellent problem-solving ability
Ability to follow highly complex directions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to life at least 15 pounds.
