About the Role:

Join All Retail Solutions LLC as a Traveling Reset Merchandiser for Big Box Home Centers in Florida! This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a dynamic team, ensuring top-notch merchandising and store resets that enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct store resets and product placements according to planograms.

Collaborate with store management to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.

Travel to various locations across Florida to support multiple stores.

Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel.

Perform inventory checks and manage product displays.

Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant merchandising experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

Familiarity with retail merchandising and planogram standards.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
