We are seeking a Traveling Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for driving sales and leasing efforts across our communities to support to our growing national portfolio. This position would have oversight of and frequent travel to the Eastern (NY, PA, MD, FL) region of our portfolio.
Position Overview:
As a Traveling Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in maximizing occupancy across multiple properties by executing sales strategies, supporting on-site leasing teams, and actively engaging with prospective residents in the leasing process. This is a “boots on the ground” sales position that involves relationship-based selling and remote sales support across multiple communities simultaneously.
This is a field-based role with frequent travel to communities 50-70%.
Travel
This is a field-based role with periodical and consistent travel to communities within the designated region. Travel to the home office in Philadelphia is requires quarterly. Someone in this position should expect a 10 days on, 4 days off schedule. These travel guidelines are subject to change based on staffing needs and/or other deficiencies within a community.
