Position: Traveling Site Project Manager

Department: Construction Operations
Reports To: VP of Construction

Role Summary

Owns day-to-day onsite project execution for large-scale construction programs nationwide. Provides direct field leadership to maintain schedule integrity, cost control, safety compliance, and quality delivery for complex scopes including tilt-up, structural concrete, and steel packages.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead onsite project operations and subcontractor coordination
• Control field scheduling, look-ahead planning, and manpower flow
• Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, and daily reporting
• Enforce safety, quality, and site logistics standards
• Track production, validate pay quantities, and support billing
• Coordinate with owners, designers, and authorities onsite
• Support closeout, turnover, and warranty execution
