What You’ll Do

• Oversee field operations on major big-box retail builds across multiple states

• Manage scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost control, and QA/QC

• Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met on every site

• Lead from the field—adapting to new locations, challenges, and teams
