TCS World Travel is hiring a Digital Project Manager. The Digital Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall project portfolio and leading key initiates driving critical business results. They will be responsible for running the corporate prioritization process and drive PMO standards. The Digital Project Manager will be the primary liaison between various internal teams (marketing, guest services, technology and operations) and 3rd party vendors to oversee efficient delivery of numerous projects. Additionally, they will play a key role in helping to drive an Agile sprint process and report overall status of active projects. Success in this role will be measured by improving existing process and ensuring the completion of projects on target, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall Project portfolio and revamp process
• Oversee Prioritization process and project intake
• Scrum master agile sprint process and sprint planning
• Use principals of change management to improve existing processes and procedures
• Take ownership of multiple projects, capture partner requirements and drive to closure based on defined success criteria.Some projects may include but aren’t limited to website redesign, Salesforce enhancements and various technology projects
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for efficient execution of projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress as well as changes in project scope
• Proactively identify, manage and communicate issues and escalate as appropriate
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
