This licensed individual will be involved in advising new and existing clients on their insurance needs. Working from our Niagara Falls location they will be expected to assist in servicing existing clients as well as prospect for new customers following the Agency Sales Process. The position involves both a competitive salary and variable commission/bonuses with unlimited earning potential. The Agency is well established in the community, with the Niagara-on-the-Lake location being open for over 13 and the Niagara Falls location for over 4 years. Both locations have a solid foundation of existing customers, who also provide income opportunity. In general the position is Monday - Friday during normal office hours and provides competitive vacation time. This job involves obtaining a Property & Casualty license and a Life License with support and training from the Agency.

Success in this role is dependent on the individual's ability and willingness to be assertive and ask questions to uncover needs of new and existing clients. Experience is not necessary but ambition, drive, and an attractive personality are.
