    The Technical HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management system, as well as other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as a point of contact and subject matter expert for functional areas within the HCM system, such as Core HR, Integrations, Payroll and Time Tracking, Advanced Reporting, and Calculated Fields. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing, changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HCM upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Designs, configures, and maintains business processes & integrations within Workday and provide relevant production support, which includes researching and resolving problems, as well as processing daily integrations
    • Audit critical and confidential employee data for integrity and accuracy
    • Provide guidance and support to users regarding day-to-day Workday functionality, as well as cyclical HR process support, such as Open Enrollment, Performance Management, Merit Planning, and Goal Management
    • Participate in all phases of system and integration testing, as required, including creation of test scenarios, performing functional tests, and support of users during testing and defect resolution • Act as liaison between HR and IT team to create and optimize all system functions
    • Manage and execute on case management tickets, as well as ongoing system enhancement tasks, including configuration and testing of changes to the Workday system
    • Support the analysis, development, and implementation of new features and functionality within Workday Qualification Requirements

    Required Experience

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field.
    • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS or IT. Data Analytics experience. Experience in building integrations and using calculated fields is essential. Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking preferred.
    • Computer Skills: Knowledge of Workday and other HRIS solutions and how they work within an organizations internal infrastructure. Advanced Excel Skills. 
    • Other Requirements: Understanding of both the technical and user-facing sides of HRIS system. Strong process management mindset. Aptitude for Human Resources operations. Advanced Reporting (Prism) and Scorm. Must be familiar with API integrations, XML language, XSLT style sheets, Workday Studio Integrations, SFTP, Workday Core Connector integrations, PGP Encryption/x509 Key, Workday Integration, System Users/Security, SAML 2.0 Single Sign-on.
