    JOB OVERVIEW

    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with accounts and Outside Sales Professionals to drive incremental sales and provide enhanced service. This individual is will create and foster working partnerships with accounts and applicable Outside Sales Professionals to collectively achieve pre-book and at-once sales goals and communicate timely trend, product and marketplace feedback.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and maintain working relationships with new and existing accounts to generate new business
    • Drive incremental re-order sales through enhanced communication with accounts and Outside Sales Professionals
    • Prospect and generate new business leads trough target account lists and independent research
    • Create objectives based on programs, tournaments, cost-benefits, business needs and replenishment opportunities to conduct effective calls
    • Promote company sales programs, including, but not limited the Ambassador Program, Fixture Program, Custom Programs, Event Essentials and Outside Events
    • Partner with existing Ambassadors accounts (replenishment program) to collect inventory on replenishment styles and obtain refill orders  
    • Manage call planning and tracking logs to maintain accurate reporting
    • Coordinate and strategize with Outside Sales Professionals to define market research and trends
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, programs, operations, policies and procedures

    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
    • Deadline and results driven with a strong sense of urgency

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2-3 years’ experience in a sales or account management capacity
    • Apparel and / or golf industry experience, preferred
