Overview:
The EDI Coordinator is responsible for managing all EDI transactional activity, in addition to performing a wide array of customer service functions for both EDI and non-EDI customers.
Essential Functions:
- Complete EDI on-boarding and testing with all third-party providers
- Assist National Accounts team for development of new EDI accounts
- Manage the flow of EDI based transactions (i.e., 810, 850, 855, 856, 860, 865, etc.) from inception to fulfillment
- Manage daily service related communications, via phone and electronically, with all customers
- Order Management: order entry, order confirmation and order adjustments
- Manage designated order file to ensure order fulfillment
- Research and track non-compliant chargebacks and institute resolutions
- Process returns, replacements and refunds
- Set-up, create and print UPC/price tags and stickers for orders
- Assist Operations Manager with Allocation duties as needed
- Assist in the development of department policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as required or requested
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience in EDI / order management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- Ability to organize, monitor and track numerous ongoing and one-time activities
- Ability to learn internal business systems
- Proficient in an ERP system, “Full Circle” preferred
