    IDQ is looking for a high performing Director IT Solutions Delivery.  The Director leads the delivery of business solutions across the DQ Enterprise.  Oversee all development activities and work closely with business partners to support their operation needs in the areas of applications (client/server and cloud based), databases and websites.  Provide solutions for corporate business systems and restaurant retail systems by directing the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications.

      

    Collaborate with digital / mobile / web teammates and vendors to support effective omni channel incorporation and representation of fan experience elements in the retail technology environment

    Principal Accountabilities:  

    • Provides the leadership, direction and guidance for the implementation, maintenance, enhancement and improvement of corporate and restaurant business systems through all phases of solution development.
    • Leads and provides guidance to Application Development staff in development of new IT services, problem identification and resolution processes, providing training and technical support.  Act as an escalation point to resolve urgent and/or complex client issues, and manage client expectations.
    • Develops and implements corporate governance framework to ensure consistency in project intake, prioritization, resource planning, and status communication. Provides oversight on all application development projects. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of project, task, and systems documentation.
    • Collaborates with vendors to deliver services and support that continuously improves our retail technology platform.  Works with vendors to provide value and engagement with respect to our road mapping processes, while ensuring accountability for ongoing
    • Presents meaningful and timely updates to various audiences, including corporate leadership, franchisee leadership councils and corporate employees, as appropriate. Collaborates with other business groups and project staff to ensure effective communication, while monitoring for systemic issues and concerns that need attention  
    • Manages and tracks maintenance contracts, subscriptions, and other time- sensitive issues as they relate to applications development and operations. This includes, but is not limited to; software licenses, maintenance contracts, software subscription fees, and technical support contracts and renewals.

     

    Required Skills

    • Knowledge of Point-of-Sale, PCI security and payment technologies
    • Skill in defining program objectives and establishing information technology standards, policies, and budgets
    • Working experience with IT compliance requirements including PCI and Sarbanes Oxley
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Microsoft Technology experience, including D365, DevOps, Power Platform and Data Analytics
    • Service Management and/or ITIL certified is a plus

    Required Experience

    • B.A. or B.S. Degree in IS, IT or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
    • 7 to 9+ years of related application development, and software development lifecycle experience
    • 5+ years of governance and strategic road mapping experience
    • 2+ years of mobile applications / integration experience. Knowledge of retail or restaurant mobile applications is a plus
    • 3 to 5 years of experience managing, developing and leading an IT team
    • Skill in defining program objectives and establishing information technology standards, policies, and budgets
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing, developing and leading an IT team
