DESCRIPTION Advanced Refrigeration & Air is a leading Mechanical Contractor that Services and completes new installs for the Supermarket Refrigeration and commercial HVAC Industry throughout the state of Florida and southern parts of Georgia & Alabama. SUMMARY: Advanced Refrigeration’s construction division completes new installations/demolitions for Supermarket Refrigeration & HVAC Units

THE CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN FLEXIBLE IN REGARDS TO SHIFT AND EMPLOYEES MUST HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO TRAVEL OUT OF TOWN 1-5 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK. ** $25/day will be provided for Meals & Incidentals (tax free) and the cost of the Hotel room will be taken care of when out of town travel is required ** JOB DESCRIPTION

• Refrigeration Installs/Demos
• Case line up & change outs
• Case cleaning
• Install overhead line sets & layout drains
• Replacing old set of lines in old systems/Running new set of lines for new installations
• Armaflex change outs
• Fabricating hanger supports
• Draining evaporator coils
• Insulating practices
• Brazing/ Welding/Pipefitting
• Read & Interpret blueprints
• Other Duties assigned

Required Skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Must be comfortable with Heights (Rooftops, man lifts, ladders, tops of cases/coolers, etc.)
• Must be comfortable with loud environments (equipment rooms)
• Able to work independently & in a group setting
• Good mechanical skills and use of hand/power tools

Required Experience

•Able to work out of town and nights (weekends off) •Adhere to safety regulations •Able to work on heights above 6' •Reliable transportation •Basic knowledge of commercial ice machines, HVAC, refrigeration, gas furnaces and •electrical functions, including troubleshooting electrical components •Basic troubleshooting ability •Basic mechanical skills •Ability to lift up to 40lbs •Ability to climb on rooftops •Listen and comprehend written and oral instructions •Good communications skills •Customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and •external customers •Good driving record •Good attitude and team player
