You’ll work across the PureRED organization with team members as well as partner closely with leadership within the organization on near-term and later-stage projects and priorities. You will report to the Senior Production Artist and Production Supervisors
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Advertising Production Artist is responsible for building and manipulating files ensuring quality control, timely and efficient production.
- The Production Artist ensures quality control measures are met prior to the delivery of projects.
- Image manipulation to include silos, retouching, and simple color correction.
- Works closely with the assigned Account Executives communicating production progress.
- Ability to work under the pressure of daily or hourly deadlines.
- Collaborates with entire Production team
- Remain informed on pre-press, trade publications and trends
- Thorough understanding of the data management system and how it is utilized post production.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign)
- Ability to typeset and create layouts for print
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail
- Maintain a basic understanding of pre-press industry
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment with a focus on achieving client initiatives
- Willingness to learn new techniques and software and implement standard directives according to style guides
- Per channel-add applicable software knowledge-Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
