  • Responsibilities

    Maintain New York Office and Showroom.  Manage Sales samples and selling tools.  Work with accounts when needed to show the line.

    MANAGE NEW YORK OFFICE & SHOWROOM

    • Order supplies for all areas of the office, ensuring that all teams have necessary tools.
    • Manage packages (check in deliveries, create mailing labels and facilitate distribution of samples for market).
    • Process invoices for services when necessary
    • Liaise with building management as needed to manage office maintenance
    • Keep showroom neat and organized at all times
    • Ensure showroom has all necessary selling tools available including line sheets for all product categories
    • Coordinate showroom calendar for market

    SALES SAMPLES AND SELLING TOOLS

    • Create, maintain and execute all sales sample orders from creation to delivery to sales / accounts.
    • Ensure samples are received and completed per timeline.
    • Create product boards and other necessary materials for internal KR meetings and Sales presentation meetings as necessary across all businesses.
    • Work with PD and sourced vendors to ensure samples are finalized and shipped according to timeline

    LINE PRESENTATIONS TO ACCOUNTS

    • Have a clear understanding of products offered by season across categories in order to present the line to buyers in the showroom as needed.

    Required Skills

    • Highly proficient in excel.
    • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
    • Ability to move quickly from one project to the next in a wide variety of tasks.
    • Ability to prioritize workflow

    Required Experience

    • High school diploma. Four-year college degree preferred.
    • Prior showroom manager experience preferred
