JOB DESCRIPTION: PART-TIME SHIPPER

Tread Labs.com makes supportive insoles that improve the comfort and performance of footwear. We sell direct to consumer online and through a network of retailers and health care professionals. Initial Tasks:

• Shipping – Printing labels and packing lists, boxing and mailing orders
• Managing Returns – Receiving return orders and processing correctly
• Inventory Assistance – Helping maintain accurate inventories

Possible future growth areas:

• Customer Service – Customer interaction via email and phone

Responsibilities

• Assembling boxes
• Picking and packing orders
• Shipping orders using our computer software
• Maintaining shipping area cleanliness
• Helping with receipt of inventory from supplier
• Occasional delivery of items to the post office

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and utmost reliability.
• Ability to multitask as necessary
• The ability to maintain an organized workspace
• Detail orientation to ensure that accuracy is maintained
• Prior knowledge, or the ability to learn, all aspects of our online shopping software and related computer programs

compensation: $18/HR.
