Job Title: Treasury Account Manager
Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and service-driven Treasury Account Manager to oversee the onboarding and support of treasury services for business clients. This role is crucial in delivering a smooth client experience — from setting up services to providing expert support and troubleshooting issues. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure everything runs efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the main point of contact for treasury clients during onboarding, service changes, and ongoing support
- Train clients on treasury tools such as online banking, ACH Origination, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and fraud protection solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., NACHA formatting, Positive Pay errors) and coordinate with internal teams or third-party vendors to resolve them
- Monitor and manage client account settings, including ACH and remote deposit limits
- Maintain accurate service documentation and assist with monthly billing and audits
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Operations, Fraud, and Customer Support teams to deliver seamless service
- Stay updated on industry changes (e.g., ACH rules) and help clients stay compliant
- Travel occasionally (10–15%) for client visits or internal team support
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of banking, treasury, or cash management experience
- Experience managing client relationships and providing high-level support
- Strong understanding of treasury products and services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office tech
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certifications like CTP or AAP are a plus
