    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The Treasury Administrator is responsible for bank account and Kyriba administration, which involves maintaining and preparing the documentation required to open and close bank accounts and setting up banking services. Responsibility also includes coordinating Know Your Customer (“KYC”) requests, liaising with internal accounting departments and providing appropriate responses to each bank. Additionally, this position will update and maintain bank system user access rights (across multiple banking institutions) and will serve as a backup for various treasury functions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepare bank account opening documentation
    • Assist with bank account closings
    • Complete signature card updates
    • Set up online bank system user access
    • Update/User of Kyriba
    • Assist with completing quarterly audits
    • Assist with the input of wires when needed
    • Monitor monthly and quarterly bank analysis statements
    • Utilize Conduit to do wire verifications
    • Backup other Treasury functions and cross train as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent related work experience required
    • 1 year of experience in a treasury role, required
    • 1 year of experience in a professional office environment, preferred
    • Knowledge of opening bank accounts, preferred
    • Knowledge of wire transfer systems, processes, and practices, preferred
    • Familiarity with online banking systems, preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
    • Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management
    • Detail-oriented, independently motivated, strategic thinker
    • Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage time in a deadline-driven environment
