    This one-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

    • Learn how to work within a corporate environment

    • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
    • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

    This position is for a September 18, 2023 start.

    About the team

    FIS™ Trax payment factory solution creates a single payment hub, reducing complexity, improving payment visibility, and slashing operational costs. We are a growing global team working with a variety of clients within the Capital Markets division of FIS.

    What you will be doing

    • Participate in discussion with customer to understand and gather operational requirements relating to payments in treasury department.
    • Create user stories to document operational requirements. Incorporate review feedbacks.
    • Review user stories with project team and participate in walkthroughs for user stories to the customer.
    • Work with project team to configure the Trax application to meet operational needs as documented in approved user stories.
    • Work with project lead consultant to deliver project artifacts (user stories, configurations, test plan, test results, demo, training and transition documents) relevant to the project.
    • Partners with internal teams and project team to deliver tasks associated with project implementation.
    • Develop simple/medium complexity scripts to read and re-format files based on defined specifications.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study preferably finance/business/technology
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work well independently and within a team.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Analytic and problem-solving mindset
    • Working knowledge of any scripting language (preferably Groovy)
    • Consulting experience
    • Understanding of databases and query language (preferable SQL Server/SQL)
