Rhonemus Group has been retained by one of Ohio's most successful community banks for a new Treasury Manager (Treasurer) role.

The Treasury Manager position in Wooster, OH, is a mission-critical role to help the Bank achieve increased shareholder value. This role involves coordinating financial planning, budgeting, and investment activities, providing economic analysis, overseeing the preparation of activity reports and budgets, and advising business units on accounting and budgeting policies.

This role also includes collaborating with auditors, managing daily finance operations, and implementing internal control policies.

The requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, five or more years of related experience, and a preference for a CPA designation or CFA. Strong communication, math, and accounting skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized accounting software, are essential for this role.
