About the Role:

Arizona Oral Facial and Implant Surgery in Chandler and San Tan Valley, AZ is looking for a motivated and compassionate Treatment Consultant/Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! In this patient-facing role, you'll be the bridge between exceptional surgical care and the patients who need it, guiding them through treatment options with confidence and empathy. Responsibilities:

Present and explain oral surgery treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and compelling manner

Develop and maintain strong patient relationships to support case acceptance and follow-through

Coordinate with clinical staff and surgeons to ensure seamless patient communication and scheduling

Provide financial consultations, including presenting payment options, financing plans, and insurance coverage

Follow up with prospective and existing patients to answer questions and encourage treatment completion

Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment plan progress within the practice management system

Support front office operations and contribute to an outstanding patient experience from consultation to post-op

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental, oral surgery, medical or specialty healthcare sales/consulting role is necessary

Strong knowledge of dental, medical and oral surgery procedures, terminology, and treatment planning is required

Proven ability to present treatment plans and close cases with professionalism and empathy

Experience with dental insurance verification and third-party financing (e.g., CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset

Proficiency with dental practice management software

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple patients and priorities simultaneously
