About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at A R BAKER DDS as a Treatment Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences. We are looking for a passionate individual to help streamline treatment processes and ensure our patients receive top-notch care in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients and dental staff.

Schedule appointments and follow-up visits to ensure continuity of care.

Assist patients with insurance verification and financial arrangements.

Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment documentation.

Educate patients on treatment options

Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role in a dental setting. STRONG understanding of HMO/Fee for service/ and PPO plans

Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
