We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and wants to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

    About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a high-performance environment.

This is much more than an administrative position. You will become a trusted guide for our patients—helping them understand their treatment options, overcome barriers to care, and confidently move forward with life-changing dentistry.

Our ideal candidate is a polished communicator, an exceptional listener, highly organized, and passionate about creating an unforgettable patient experience while achieving outstanding treatment acceptance.

If you love helping people, enjoy consultative sales, and are motivated by goals and personal growth, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do: Create an "I Want This" Patient Experience

Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their treatment journey

    Treatment Presentation & Case Acceptance

Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and clarity

Educate patients on procedures, timelines, benefits, and long-term health outcomes

Review financial arrangements and payment options while helping patients find solutions that fit their needs

Work closely with third-party financing companies to maximize patient access to care

Consistently meet or exceed individual and practice treatment acceptance goals

    Patient Care Coordination

Coordinate all phases of treatment from consultation through completion

Schedule appointments efficiently while optimizing provider schedules

Proactively follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled care

Maintain excellent communication throughout each patient's journey

Serve as the liaison between doctors, clinical team, and administrative staff

    Operations & Performance

Maintain accurate treatment plans, financial records, and documentation

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), pending treatment, and case acceptance metrics

Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall practice growth

    Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience (required)

Experience in dental, medical, cosmetic, luxury retail, or concierge healthcare preferred

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

A proven ability to build trust and influence patient decisions ethically

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Exceptional attention to detail

Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements

Excellent computer skills and experience with cloud-based software

A positive attitude, professionalism, and a growth mindset

Biologic or holistic dentistry experience is a strong plus.
