    This role is equal parts patient advocate, financial guide, and treatment support specialist.

    Full-Time Monday–Friday (2 Saturdays a month)

    Responsibilities:

    • Present treatment recommendations clearly, confidently, and compassionately
    • Educate patients on treatment options and help them understand the value of care
    • Guide patients through financial discussions, payment options, and financing solutions
    • Build trust through consultative communication that supports informed decision-making
    • Support case acceptance through strong patient education and relationship-building
    • Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
    • Coordinate scheduling to support smooth treatment flow and an exceptional patient experience
    • Maintain accurate treatment, scheduling, and financial records
    • Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care
    • Support patient retention and overall practice growth initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in dental, orthodontic, or other patient-facing healthcare environments is preferred, but not required
    • Experience in a commission-based or performance-driven sales environment is strongly preferred
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
    • Confidence discussing treatment recommendations and financial options in a clear, professional manner
    • A consultative, patient-first communication style focused on education, trust-building, and helping patients make informed decisions
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
    • Positive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
    • Experience with dental software and digital workflow systems is a plus
