As Treatment Coordinator, you will help patients:

• Understand their diagnosis and treatment options • Navigate insurance and financial questions • Access financing options like Cherry, Sunbit, and CareCredit • Feel comfortable moving forward with the care they need

Your work directly impacts patient health, practice growth, and the patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Present treatment plans in a clear and confident way • Help patients understand insurance benefits and costs • Assist patients with financing solutions • Secure financial commitments and schedule treatment • Address patient concerns or hesitation with empathy and clarity • Coordinate with doctors and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience

The Right Person For This Role Is

• Confident discussing money and treatment with patients • Friendly, warm, and highly personable • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable handling objections and questions • Motivated by helping patients improve their health

Experience We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of dental office experience

• Solid understanding of dental procedures and treatment plans • Skilled in explaining treatment and financial arrangements • Knowledgeable about PPO insurance plans
