What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their options

Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a smooth patient flow

Lead, motivate, and support the front office team

Coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and billing processes

Build strong relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and retention

Ensure compliance with office policies and industry standards
