Essential Functions:

• Must be comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options.
• Ability to explain the value of dental treatment and convert same-day treatment.
• Must be willing to have uncomfortable conversations with patients, and eager to follow up with patients with unscheduled treatment.
• Mastery of dental insurance so you can answer insurance-related questions.
• Impeccable organization for record-keeping
• A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
