Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator who can confidently present treatment plans, review financial options, and drive case acceptance and scheduling. Surgical assisting experience is strongly preferred (or prior treatment coordination experience in dental/specialty).

Responsibilities

Review insurance/benefits and discuss financial options/payment solutions

Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain strong patient communication

Document and communicate accurately in the practice management system

Qualifications

Dental experience required (treatment coordination, front office, specialty, or surgical assisting)

Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with confidence and empathy

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Excellent communication and patient service mindset
