As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Treatment Plan Coordinator who understands dental insurance and is excited about the opportunity to grow into a management or multi-location leadership role. Position Overview The Treatment Plan Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and insurance benefits. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients move forward with their care. For the right candidate who demonstrates leadership, initiative, and commitment to growing the practice, this position offers a pathway to office management and potential oversight of multiple locations in the future. Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear and supportive manner Verify dental insurance benefits and provide accurate financial estimates Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans are complete and accurate Help patients understand financing options and assist with scheduling treatment Maintain clear documentation of treatment discussions and insurance information Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment Support front office operations and ensure smooth patient flow Contribute to practice growth through excellent patient service and communication Qualifications Experience in dental treatment coordination or dental front office preferred Strong understanding of dental insurance verification, breakdowns, billing and fees negotiation Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to explain financial information clearly and confidently Experience with dental software (Dentrix ascend) preferred Leadership mindset and willingness to grow into a management role Growth Opportunity We are seeking someone who is not only skilled but also motivated to grow with the practice.
