Responsibilities: • Go through residential homes or commercial properties top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing clear explanations when needed and informing them of any deficiencies in a non-alarming way as trained by Forerunner. • Draft a comprehensive report, with photographs, to help buyers and sellers understand exactly what the inspection revealed. • Keep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informed. • Flag specific repairs that might be needed, so homeowners can improve the property before it is sold. Qualifications: • Able to travel by car and possess a current U.S. driver’s license • Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills are a must • Capable of putting many details together for a comprehensive inspection and report • Comfortable walking on roofs and climbing in confined spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces • Familiar with basic computer software and use of email technology • Must carry proof of Texas state license. Compensation: $67,500 per year
