Responsibilities: • Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, and preservation work according to company standards • Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first culture on every jobsite • Complete required paperwork and digital job records accurately • Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality at all times • Maintain climbing gear, tools, and assigned equipment in proper working condition Qualifications: • Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical labor • Strong attention to safety, detail, and craftsmanship • 18+ months of professional arboriculture experience • ISA Certified Arborist preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
