Responsibilities: • Execute advanced tree climbing and pruning techniques with a strong focus on safety and quality • Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality at all times • Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first culture on every jobsite • Communicate clearly with crew members, leaders, and clients on job progress • Maintain climbing gear, tools, and assigned equipment in proper working condition Qualifications: • ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support available • Strong attention to safety, detail, and craftsmanship • Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques • Interest in continued skill development and long-term growth • Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical labor Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
