Responsibilities: • Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional jobsite • Maintain climbing gear, tools, and assigned equipment in proper working condition • Communicate job progress and site conditions clearly with crew leadership • Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, and preservation work according to company standards • Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality at all times Qualifications: • 18+ months of professional arboriculture experience with climbing responsibilities • Strong knowledge of climbing techniques, safety standards, and arboricultural best practices • ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support available • Desire to continue developing skills and advance within the company • Demonstrated tree climbing experience (12+ months preferred) Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
