HMD Construction Group is looking for Tree Climber/Pruner/ISA Certified Arborist to join our crew. The Tree Climber/Pruner is responsible for pruning, removal of trees and assisting other crew members with all tasks related to tree removal services.

Requirements:

Knowledge of pruning techniques

Ability to climb trees, utilizing saddle and rope

Knowledge of knots and rigging techniques

Properly and safety operate equipment and tools such as bucket trucks, lifts, chain saws, chipper truck, different hand tools

Valid Driver License, CDL

Assisting other crew members with cleaning job site, chipping, driving, dumping and other assignments, as directed by a project manager

Knowledge of ANSI standards

More than 50% of current work is prevailing wage

Non union, no union dues to pay

Most work performed in NYC, shop is located in NJ
