Main objectives and duties:

· Perform all required ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by crew leader in a very safe and professional manner.

· Work as part of a team to help create an incredible experience for the customer

· Very experienced and knowledgeable in all facets of tree pruning and removals

· Be or become a Certified Arborist

· Competent in all tree climbing skills, including assessing safety hazards, tying in, rigging limbs down safely

· Responsible with strong work ethics

· Demonstrate high safety standards, sound tree risk assessment...

· Take great pride in all your work

· Personable and team oriented

· Able to take constructive criticism and work on improvement

· Crane work ability a big plus but can learn

· Operate chippers, stump grinders and other equipment

· Clean, sharpen, and maintain all tools and equipment.
