Responsibilities: • Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and operations leadership • Train, coach, and mentor crew members to develop skills and promote growth • Lead and supervise a tree care crew performing pruning, preservation, and removal work • Ensure work quality meets company standards and arboricultural best practices • Conduct daily job briefings and enforce safety protocols and best practices Qualifications: • 3+ years of professional tree care experience, including crew leadership • Demonstrated leadership experience in a field-based environment • ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if needed • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus Compensation: $28 - $32 hourly
